Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Planning realization Planning and Information Management (Follow the indicators and prepare feedback for the meeting shift)
  • Problem management and problem solving (PDCA validates the implementation by the supports)
  • Observation on shift (Ensures the application of standards and processes in the shift)
  • Team management (Ensures positive cross-communication between line leader and supports top down communication)
  • Escalate in a timely manner for each deviation
  • Apply standards of the company
  • Vigilance of social climate during the shift
