Operate the CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines;
Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning/sanitizing per manufacturer instructions;
Complete basic preventive maintenance of gaskets, seals, O rings, plates, etc., on product contact surfaces;
Complete record keeping items such as cleaning cycle times, cleaning concentrations, flow rates, temperatures, and sanitizing by chemical strengths;
Perform basic housekeeping of plant and equipment, including floors, walls, ceilings, and exteriors
