Position Final Product Inspector

Description

At Nashville Record Pressing
, we take pride in producing high-quality vinyl records for artists and labels worldwide. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Final Product Inspector to join our team in the Sleeving, Assembly, and Packaging departments. If you have a sharp eye for detail, previous experience in quality control, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of a team that ensures every vinyl record leaving our facility is flawless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Finished Goods: Examine vinyl records, sleeves, and packaging once products are fully assembled to ensure they meet the high-quality standards of both Nashville Record Pressing and our clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Check each product thoroughly to ensure proper assembly, correct labeling, and flawless packaging before items are shipped to customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve any issues related to mislabeling, flawed assembly, or defective packaging to minimize the need for rework.
  • Reduce Errors: Catch errors early by reviewing products carefully for scratches, incorrect assembly, or any visual flaws before they leave the facility.
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with the production and assembly teams to understand label instructions and ensure quality specifications are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-On Quality Control

    Experience:

    Prior experience in a quality control role, particularly in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging environments (not tech/IT-related QA).
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ability to spot even the smallest flaws or inconsistencies to maintain our high standards of product quality.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for extended periods while performing quality checks on physical products.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively work with the team to address any quality issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall product standards.
