Hayward Holdings, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will perform line assembly of pool heaters and components, use hand and power tools, and follow standard work to meet quality and efficiency targets.
The position runs 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand most of the shift, and wear PPE.
