Bonder Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Bond glass panels to door and window frames using specialized adhesives and assembly techniques.
• Fabricate and assemble custom doors, skylights, and window components to precise specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Package completed products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read a tape measure and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Prior experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, production, or construction environment is preferred.
