We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with previous food manufacturing experience to support production lines in Nashville. In this role, you may assist with general labor warehouse tasks, operate machinery, and help ensure smooth production flow throughout each shift.

Hours:
- Location:
Nashville, TN - Shift Available: 1st and 2nd shift, lots of overtime opportunities
- Pay: $17.50-$18.50
- Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire & Full-Time Opportunities
Qualifications:
- Ability to adhere to GMP guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
- No jewelry or fingernail polish allowed
- Hairnets and beard nets are required; hats are not allowed over hairnets
- Slip resistant andsteeloed shoes required
- Previous experience in machine operation within a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with food production, packaging, and general warehouse duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and remove finished products from machines
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Pack, label, stack, and palletize finished products
- Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area
