Cold Header​/Thread Roller

PROMAN Staffing is proud to support our Global client to source and hire Cold Header / Thread Rollers to join the expanding team

This position is a permanent direct hire opportunity that offers long term career growth. The company is fully prepared to support and assist with relocation for the ideal candidate, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.

• $31.75 - $35.00 ( depending on experience)
• 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday
• 2nd shift, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday
• 3rd shift, 9:30pm to 6:00am Sunday-Thursday
• Direct hire role with long term opportunity
• Set up and operate header equipment
• Load material and verify stock size
• Maintain tolerances with machine adjustments
• Inspect parts and record SPC data
• Move and weigh materials and parts
• Perform minor repairs on equipment

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience required
• MUST have 2-3 years experience operating header/threader machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient math and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand part prints
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and email
