Production Associate / Production Line
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Production Assistant to join our traveling production team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in wherever they're needed.
This role requires extensive travel throughout the continental United States and is perfect for someone who is flexible, organized, and enjoys being an essential part of a production team.
What You’ll Do:- Travel with the production crew on location throughout the continental United States.
- Drive production vehicles, including:
Box trucks, Class B RVs, Ford Transit or similar cargo/passenger vans. - Purchase production supplies and equipment as needed while traveling. Load purchased items onto production vehicles and unload them upon returning to Nashville.
- Coordinate and pick up crew meals from local restaurants.
- Assist all production departments with general on-set tasks and logistics.
- Help maintain organized vehicles, equipment, and production supplies.
- Support the team wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving box trucks, Class B RVs, and transit vans.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, load, and unload production equipment and supplies.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies.
- Ability to load and unload production vehicles.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods as needed.
This position is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, but requires frequent travel throughout the continental United States.
The anticipated production schedule is:- Approximately 2 weeks traveling and filming
- Followed by 2 weeks off
- Repeating monthly for the next 6 months
- Hotel accommodations are provided by production while traveling. Additional travel expenses incurred for production work will be covered according to company policy.
- Initial 1-month contract
- Opportunity for extension into the new year based on production needs and performance.
