Jarvis Signs is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Vinyl Sign Production Specialist to join our Vinyl Department. This hands-on position is responsible for producing and finishing custom signs, large-format graphics, decals, banners, vehicle graphics, and other vinyl products.

The ideal candidate has experience with vinyl production, large-format printing, sign finishing, vehicle graphics, or similar hands-on sign production work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality finished products.

• Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, laminators, and related sign production equipment, including loading materials, setting up jobs, monitoring print quality, and performing routine equipment maintenance.
• Complete vinyl and production table work, including cutting, weeding, masking, laminating, trimming, mounting, and applying graphics to various sign substrates.
• Produce and finish decals, banners, signs, vehicle graphics/wraps, wall graphics, window graphics, and other large-format applications.
• Prepare and work with materials such as vinyl, banner material, acrylic, aluminum, ACM, PVC, and other common sign substrates.
• Review work orders and job specifications to verify measurements, materials, quantities, layout, and finishing requirements.
• Inspect finished products for print quality, measurements, alignment, application, and overall workmanship before jobs move to installation or delivery.
• Work with design and production team members to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently through production.
• Maintain an organized production area, materials, and equipment, and assist with sign or vinyl installations when needed.

• Previous experience in sign production, vinyl graphics, large-format printing, vehicle wraps, or graphics finishing is preferred.
• Experience operating large-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and laminators is strongly preferred.
• Experience with vinyl application, weeding, masking, laminating, mounting, trimming, and finishing.
• Ability to accurately measure, position, and apply graphics with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sign substrates, print media, and large-format production processes.
• Experience with Flexi, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, RIP software, or similar graphics/production software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Vehicle wrap, graphics installation, or sign industry experience is a plus.
