About the RoleThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager who has successfully led large, complex automotive manufacturing operations through significant operational and cultural transformation.
The Plant Manager will have responsibility for a 500+ employee manufacturing facility and will be expected to drive a comprehensive turnaround focused on people, accountability, execution, and sustainable performance. This role requires a highly visible leader who can assess the organization, establish clear expectations, rebuild the culture, and deliver measurable improvements across the operation.
What You Will Do- Lead the overall performance and transformation of a 500+ employee manufacturing facility
- Establish a strong culture of accountability, ownership, engagement, and execution
- Lead a comprehensive cultural reset throughout the organization
- Develop, coach, and strengthen the plant leadership team
- Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Identify operational gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Establish clear performance expectations and operating discipline throughout the facility
- Build alignment between plant leadership, employees, customers, and the broader organization
- Lead change initiatives while maintaining focus on day-to-day customer and operational requirements
- Create a high-performance environment capable of delivering consistent, sustainable results
- Significant leadership experience within global automotive manufacturing
- Proven success leading a 500+ employee manufacturing operation
- Demonstrated experience executing a significant plant turnaround
- Successful track record leading a cultural transformation or cultural reset
- Strong operational leadership across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people
- Ability to assess an organization quickly and establish clear priorities
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold teams accountable while building employee engagement
- Experience developing and upgrading leadership teams
- Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to create lasting operational and organizational change
