Role SummaryThe Production Associate plays a hands-on role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently. You'll operate equipment, prepare and package products, and help ensure every product meets our quality and food safety standards.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Your work directly impacts product quality and production success every day.
Core Responsibilities Equipment Operator:Safely operate and monitor production systems.
Operate, load, and monitor production equipment according to safety and operating procedures.
Measure, weigh, mix, and stage ingredients accurately for production.
Report equipment or process issues promptly to supervision.
Ensure accurate and compliant product handling.
Perform packaging and labeling activities with accurate product identification and dating.
Conduct routine quality checks and complete required production documentation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Maintain efficient production flow.
Stock production lines with materials to support continuous operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support operational excellence.
Participate in training and skill development programs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and product specifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred but not required.
Experience operating production equipment or working on a production line is a plus.

Ability to work in varying temperatures typical of a food manufacturing facility.
