We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to support growing formulation and filling operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for hands-on production activities including cleanroom operations, aseptic processing, formulation, filling, sterilization, inspection, packaging, and GMP documentation.

The ideal candidate will have pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a highly regulated cleanroom environment.

Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas to maintain a controlled and compliant environment.

Prepare and transfer materials and components for production using proper sanitization techniques and aseptic handling practices.

Utilize proper aseptic techniques in Grade B, C, D, and CNC environments.

Follow all safety and environmental health standards, including proper use of PPE.

Inspect, label, and package vials, IV bags, and syringes.

Dispense and formulate raw materials for aqueous and non-aqueous products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with batch records.

Prepare equipment for use, including sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and HEPA cabinets.

Operate and maintain equipment used throughout formulation, filling, sterilization, inspection, and packaging processes.

Complete GMP documentation, including batch records, protocols, and deviations, in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Load, operate, and unload sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, terminal sterilizers, and HEPA transfer carts.

Assist with setup and operation of filling lines and associated equipment, including mixers, tanks, pumps, autoclaves, and HEPA transfer carts.

Recognize and report deviations, potential issues, and equipment malfunctions to management.

Assist with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.

Maintain a consistent presence on the manufacturing floor and provide production support as needed.

Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Validation, and Maintenance teams.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Understanding of GMP and GDP standards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and accurately complete documentation.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with technical documentation.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving measurements, volume, and weight.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work extended periods in a cleanroom environment.

Ability to consistently arrive on time and work assigned shifts.

Associate degree in a technical field or bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemical sciences, or engineering is preferred but not required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb, and perform repetitive physical activities for extended periods.

Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work while wearing required pharmaceutical gowning and PPE for extended periods.

Ability to safely wear and operate a Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) weighing approximately 2-3 lbs.
