- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Then rotate to 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in operating and maintaining non-woven production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This position involves working with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems
- Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment and production processes
- Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities
- Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines
- Operate industrial equipment such as:
- Forklifts (Hysters)
- Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
- Tuggers
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Support and train new team members
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
