We’re looking for motivated team members to join our E-Commerce operation and work with our brand-new Book Machine! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation and learn new technology and processes in a hands-on environment.

• Operate and work alongside a new Book Machine
• Process and organize books for the E-Commerce operation
• Sort and prepare products for processing
• Follow established procedures to ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Learn new equipment, processes, and procedures through hands-on training
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a E-Commerce Machine Operation.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

As a E-Commerce Machine Operation you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
