- Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
- Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and generate production reports
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong problem‑solving and process improvement skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus
- Ability to create and follow structured production processes
