We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong agency experience to lead key client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns and projects. This role requires a client-facing leader who can balance relationship management, business growth, and cross-functional project oversight.
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategy- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Translate client business goals into strategic marketing initiatives
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews
- Oversee campaign execution from brief through delivery
- Collaborate with creative, media, strategy, and production teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy
- Manage scopes of work and proactively identify upsell opportunities
- 5–8+ years of account management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency
- Proven success managing mid-to-large client accounts
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, social, creative, media, and/or brand strategy)
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Workfront, or similar)
- Experience in an marketing agency
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
