As the Marketing Manager for Amphitheaters, you will lead comprehensive marketing efforts across Opry Entertainment Group's (OEG) expanding amphitheater portfolio. You'll oversee integrated marketing for shows, events, venues, and brands, partnering cross-functionally to drive attendance, revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth. As the ideal candidate, you'll bring proven marketing experience with a track record of driving attendance and revenue growth in live entertainment, understanding that your strategic vision and execution are essential to maximizing the potential of our amphitheater portfolio.
Reports to Director of Marketing.
- Analyze performance across multiple amphitheater venues, including business objectives, financial results, and attendance trends. Identify opportunities and recommend marketing objectives for each venue and event.
- Create, execute, and optimize paid advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, social, radio, TV, print, outdoor, and press to maximize attendance, ROI, and customer experience across diverse markets.
- Translate insights and strategy into actionable annual, quarterly, and campaign plans. Maintain strong relationships with promoters, agents, artist teams, and community partners.
- Coordinate closely with booking, ticketing, sponsorship, production, operations and venue teams to ensure alignment and successful execution across the portfolio.
- Support brand initiatives, community engagement, onsite special events, and sponsorship deliverables across all amphitheater locations to ensure alignment with brand standards and achieve performance targets.
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned amphitheater venues, including forecasting, expenditures, settlements, accruals, and related documentation.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and deliverables with operational and marketing teams. Provide post-campaign results and actionable insights to business leaders and partners.
- Develop specialty programming with booking and venue management, including concert series, community-driven events, pre- and post-show activations, and digital content opportunities. Lead grassroots marketing initiatives in target markets.
- Manage owned channels, including website updates, email, social media, digital screens, printed signage. Create, manage, and publish social content to deliver timely updates and drive engagement, conversions, and reputation management.
- Manage onsite venue marketing elements across the portfolio, including signage, onsite promotions, fan-engagement activations, event coverage brand calendars, and on-sale calendars.
- Complete marketing settlements, including media buy documentation, receipt organization, scanning, and filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Marketing, related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years' experience in events or concert industry.
- 5+ years' experience in consumer marketing, media, promotional planning, or marketing strategy.
- Financial planning and budget management experience required.
- Ticketing experience preferred.

Speak and hear to communicate and use both near and far vision. Frequently sit with some walking and standing for office/property navigation. Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Continually use gross motor skills with frequent use of bi‑manual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use.
Working ConditionsIn‑office position based in a corporate environment with individual work spaces and shared common areas which support focused work while encouraging regular interaction among colleagues. Moderate background noise typical of a collaborative office setting. Occasionally in the entertainment venues with large crowds and elevated noise levels.
