Overview

We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to define how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the B2B market. This role serves as the critical link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and drive measurable business impact.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at translating our products and services into compelling value propositions, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and enjoys owning the full go‑to‑market lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that speaks to buyer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Create compelling narratives that help customers understand the value and business outcomes of our solutions.
  • Lead GTM planning for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions, and execute agreed elements of the GTM plan.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to develop and deliver integrated launch plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to equip sales and account management teams with the tools they need to win, including sales decks, battle cards, product collateral, competitive insights, objection‑handling resources, and training sessions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and product marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Use data to refine messaging, improve GTM strategies, and support product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with content and demand teams to create high‑impact content such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and website copy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with product positioning and support the buyer journey.
  • Track product marketing campaign KPIs such as adoption, pipeline influence, win/loss trends, and overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least five years' experience in a B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
  • Results‑driven, self‑motivated, organized, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Experience marketing to senior HR stakeholders in a B2B environment.
