We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to help lead how Entreleadership shows up to business leaders everywhere. This isn’t an entry-level posting role. It’s not just scheduling content. And it’s not “let’s try this and see what happens.”

This is ownership. Strategy. Results.

You’ll lead high-priority accounts and initiatives, drive meaningful engagement growth, and help elevate the entire social team.

• You have 5+ years leading social media strategy, not just executing it.
• You’ve grown high-visibility accounts and can point to real results.
• You deeply understand platform behavior across Instagram, Threads, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, X, and you stay ahead of what’s next.
• You know how to diagnose why content performs the way it does.
• You make confident strategic decisions in fast-moving situations.
• You give clear, decisive feedback and aren’t afraid to raise the bar.
• You care about helping business leaders win and you believe in the Ramsey mission.

• Own the social strategy for key Entreleadership accounts and major initiatives
• Build focused, intentional plans that consistently outperform baseline engagement and views
• Lead advanced clip discovery and guide content direction
• Spot new growth opportunities (formats, topics, platforms) before everyone else does
• Develop repeatable content frameworks other strategists can apply
• Turn performance data into clear insights and decisive action
• Partner with leadership to move audiences from passive followers to deeper brand relationships
• Represent social strategy confidently in cross-team meetings
