Marketing Director

A growing national home builder is seeking a Director of Marketing for its Nashville division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead divisional marketing strategy and execution in a fast-growing market, with strong career growth potential.

The Director of Marketing reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and leads all divisional marketing initiatives, including brand strategy, community launches, sales support, and cross-channel campaigns. This role oversees a small marketing team, partners with corporate marketing, sales leadership, PR, and external vendors, and ensures high-quality execution across digital, print, and in-person marketing efforts.

• Lead and develop the divisional marketing team.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for community launches, sales initiatives, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with PR, corporate marketing, and vendors on events, signage, digital content, and advertising.
• Manage budgets, vendor scopes, and invoices to ensure efficient marketing spend.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to guide marketing strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all materials, communities, and events.
• Organize and oversee community events, sales center openings, and special initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in homebuilding or related industries; extensive experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in multi-channel marketing, digital platforms, and vendor management.
