Part-Time Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing Company:
American Paint & BPH Hospitality Overview:

American Paint and BPH Hospitality are seeking a dynamic and creative Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing to lead content and promotional efforts across our retail, hospitality, and event-driven brands in Nashville, TN. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fashion, retail, hospitality, special events, and brand building, along with a strong talent for digital storytelling across platforms.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in content is comfortable managing multiple brand voices and campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Coordinate and oversee content shoots including photos, videos, and promotional materials highlighting products, venues, experiences, and events.
  • Creatively direct marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.
  • Perform basic website updates to keep information current and user-friendly (copy updates, menus, layouts, photos/videos, product or event info).
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for graphic design, content creation, and editing.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Create, develop, and distribute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve open and click through rates.
  • Monitor social media trends, pop culture, tools, and applications and apply insights to brand strateie and management teams to develop promotional material
  • Collaborate with leadership and management teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing plans. Attend on-site and off-site events, pop-ups, private parties, and activations to capture and publish timely content.
  • Manage community engagement and crisis response across comments, DMs, and reviews.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and traffic (bonus).
  • Create and manage digital advertisements to drive awareness and patronage (bonus).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing management, preferably in retail, fashion, hospitality, or events.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital ad creation is a plus.
