Aerial Recovery, a nonprofit that deploys elite teams to save lives in disaster zones and fight injustice globally, is looking for an Accounting Administrator/Coordinator to join our Nashville-based team.

Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and reconciliations (DIVVY/)
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and internal reporting
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and internal controls
- Support audit preparation and Form 990 documentation
- Maintain accurate records for grants, donations, and fundraising
- Organize financial files and assist with admin support for events
- 2+ years of nonprofit or administrative accounting experience
- Proficiency with Quick Books, Excel, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, , Give Lively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for humanitarian work and Aerial Recovery’s mission
- Nonprofit experience or CNAP certification
- Experience supporting donor and grant reporting
