• Adhere to safety and infection control policies
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications and licensure

Additional Information

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Must possess and maintain a clean professional file
• Active TN license required
• Certifications required:
