This role administers DCI’s leave program for approximately 5,000 employees across 29 states. The position ensures compliance with federal and state leave laws, supports employees and managers through the leave process, and collaborates with internal departments to facilitate smooth transitions. Success is defined by timely leave processing, accurate guidance, and high employee satisfaction.
ScheduleFull‑time, Monday‑Friday.
CompensationPay range $55k‑$68k, depending on experience; experience not required.

- Manage LOA programs across all DCI facilities.
- Maintain current knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC and state‑specific leave laws.
- Coordinate return‑to‑work processes with stakeholders.
- Provide consultation on leave eligibility, protections and benefits.
- Serve as a resource for corporate and field leadership.
- Communicate leave policies and PTO usage clearly.
- Work with Payroll, Benefits and Workers’ Comp teams to ensure accurate leave processing.

High School diploma, college degree preferred - Preferred:
Leave certification - Experience may substitute for education where applicable
