This full-time opportunity offers hours per week, weekend shift, Friday thru Sunday, days or nights, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, full benefits.
There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
Universal Health Services, Inc. company, in partnership with Hermitage Hall has a long history in providing comprehensive behavioral health care services to adolescents struggling with extensive mental health issues. Hermitage Hall is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand‑alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Has provided services to families for over years. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for adolescents.
Located southwest of downtown Nashville, off I- at the Wedgewood exit, away from the congestion of downtown Nashville, our team of over high quality employees describe working here as family oriented, therapeutic, value clarifying. Our nurses, mental health assistants, psychiatrist, and therapist serve hundreds of adolescents annually, with the common goal of treating and healing trauma and building resiliency in adolescents.
The RN role provides prescribed medical treatment to adolescents by performing the following duties and furthermore ensure compliance with governmental requirements, organizational systems, licensing regulations, policies and procedures, CARF standards, HIPPA policies, and operating requirements

QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program and current unencumbered license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of TN.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Prefer two years of experience in nursing and experience in a residential or school setting serving children.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
