We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a Mental Health/Psychiatric setting in Nashville, TN .
Assignment Details:

• Setting: Mental Health / Psychiatric
• Shift: Night Shift, 6:30pm–7:30am

Schedule:
Rotating – Week 1 (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat) | Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thurs)
• Pay Rate:
Local: $44.00 per hour If 50+ miles away: Pay packages available (reach out for more information)
• $500 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must possess current state or compact RN licensure
• Must pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness/side effects
• Perform assessments and maintain accurate documentation (electronic and paper)
• Respond to emergencies, perform BLS/CPR as needed
• Develop and adjust patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on physical and mental health care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and assign duties as appropriate
