• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1770-$1870

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; state license or compact RN preferred
• BLS Certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS Certification required prior to first shift
• Minimum of 1 year of bedside clinical experience; 2 years highly desired
• Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute/complex care setting preferred
• Preferred skills include ventilator management, tracheostomy care, wound care, and complex chronic condition management
• Travel nursing experience and strong interdisciplinary communication skills are a plus

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while promoting a safe LTAC work environment
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and interdisciplinary team conferences to support care coordination
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission to support continuity of care
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team to ensure patient safety and continuity
• Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to facility policies and evidence-based safety protocols
• Provide direction and support to ancillary staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
• Identify opportunities for professional growth and participate in continuing education relevant to LTAC nursing
