We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing clinical research team in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses interested in transitioning into clinical research, with training available for clinically strong candidates who may not yet have direct research experience.

This role involves coordinating and supporting pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

• Coordinate daily activities for assigned clinical research studies
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Perform patient assessments, blood draws, ECGs, and study-related procedures
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data/source documentation
• Build strong relationships with study participants and research staff
• Support overall study operations and patient care activities

• Active RN license (Tennessee license required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow protocols carefully
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• BLS certification required
• Clinical research experience preferred but not required

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• On-site position only
