Pay Rate: $121000.00 - $185000.00
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-acuity care to critically ill and convalescing newborns in a 131-bed Level IV NICU.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team in a nationally recognized NICU ranked No. 1 in Tennessee and the Southeast by US News.
- Participate in cutting-edge neonatal practices and transport services within a Magnet-designated hospital committed to nursing excellence and patient-centered care.
- Advance your professional skills through robust ongoing clinical education programs.
- Choose from 12-hour or 24-hour shifts for flexibility while maintaining critical responsibilities across the full neonatal care continuum.
- Competitive compensation, including a total sign-on package of up to $25,000 for qualified full-time candidates ($15,000 sign-on bonus plus $10,000 in relocation assistance).
