Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents' responses, and notify the Director of Resident Care of any concerns;
Assist residents with medication according to procedures and supervise self-administration;
Maintain accurate and timely records, including medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, observations, and changes in resident condition;
Write weekly/monthly summaries addressing issues identified in service plans;
Assist with EMR training, order verification, onboarding new employees, and handling incident reports and communications in the absence of the nurse
