RN Unit Manager - Registered Nurse
A skilled home near Nashville, TN is looking for a qualified RN Unit Manager.
What You’ll Do:- Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
- Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
- Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
- Current unrestricted RN license in Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
