Pay rate: $70,000 – $90,000.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license
• Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients
• Exhibits leadership skills

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision‑making.
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments.
• Supervise and coach nurses and other nursing partners.
• Participate in various meetings daily and monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
