Dialysis Registered Nurse - Acute

Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis (DIA) – Full-Time in Nashville, Tennessee at our HCA hospitals

• Dialysis RNs help patients who undergo dialysis treatment, removing toxins normally excreted by the renal system.
• Nurses assess frequent blood pressure, heart rate, and other symptoms to maintain proper hemodynamics during treatment.
• Analyze vital signs and assess vascular access, and obtain patient weight to determine required fluid volume removal.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor the patient during dialysis and assess any emergent changes in the patient's condition.
• Administer and chart all prescribed pre-, intra- and post-dialysis medications.

• Highly competitive compensation: hourly mid 30s‑hrs up to mid 40‑hrs plus shift differentials; sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs, relocation assistance when applicable.

• Current and unencumbered state nursing license.
• At least 1 year of recent dialysis RN experience (new graduates may inquire about training program details).
