, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases:
clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

• Paid participation throughout all phases of the program
• Flexible, self‑paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
• Dedicated one‑on‑one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments
• Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
• Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence‑based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way

A New Graduate RN who excels in this role:

• Demonstrates a commitment to patient‑centered care by performing comprehensive assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
• Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
• Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.

• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• RN Licensure
• BCLS

7am‑7pm, 3x12 hour shifts one week and 3x12 hour shifts the next week, rotating weekends.
