Nurse Unit Manager
Pay rate: $70,000 - $90,000. Weekly/Daily pay available:

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license
- Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients
- Exhibits leadership skills
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop or revise individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
- Ensure that appropriate nursing care is provided.
- Assist with medications and treatments.
- Supervise and coach nurses and other nursing partners.
- Participate in various meetings daily and monthly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
