Job Overview
The Twelve Stone Infusion Centers LLC manages the infusion needs of patients and maintains the continuum of care from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, steroids, and on occasion sterile dressing changes and lab draws.
Position:Nurse Practitioner – PRN Float Coverage
We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for PRN Float coverage for our Middle TN infusion centers and surrounding areas:
Clarksville, Skyline, Bellevue, Cookeville, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro and Mount Juliet. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive care, including the assessment, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with chronic health needs in an outpatient setting. We welcome NP's from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably outstanding IV skills, and an active license in the states of practice.
Infusion experience preferred.
- Provides patient and family centered IV infusion care.
- Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team.
- Incorporates the patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, health professionals, health related agencies, patients and families. Works effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
- Promotes mutual respect and trust working within a team model.
- Actively participates in quality initiatives. Maintains accurate and timely records and reports, participates in patient service and program reviews.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice, as well as current active board certification with ANCC or AANP (NCCPA may be substituted with an active, unrestricted state license). CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands‑on/in‑person assessment).
Experience: 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in a clinical setting required or 3+ years as a Registered Nurse in oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center. Infusion experience is required. Must demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
