Job Description:
The RN OR position involves providing nursing care and support to patients undergoing surgery, ensuring sterile conditions, and collaborating with other surgical staff. Experience with Ortho and spine procedures is preferred, as these are primary service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as RN Circulator or Scrub Nurse in surgical procedures.
- Ensure sterile conditions and prepare operating room for surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in rotating weekend call schedule.
Requirements:
- Valid TN RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in Ortho, spine, and other surgical services is preferred
