Travel Nurse Source, in partnership with AMN Healthcare, is seeking a qualified OR RN to work at HCA – Southern Hills Medical Center, a 136‑bed community hospital certified as a primary stroke center in Nashville, TN.

• Assist in perioperative nursing duties, including pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced surgical team across multiple specialties such as orthopedic, spine, general, bariatric, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, and robotics.
• Use Meditech electronic health record system (preferred experience).

• Registered Nurse with State of Tennessee license (RN Compact accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience.
• Current ACLS‑AHA and BLS‑AHA certifications.
• Valid Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for credentialing.
• Work history with no single gap exceeding 90 days within the last year.

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system.
