Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced surgical unit where you will provide exceptional post-operative care to patients. You will be responsible for maintaining surgical procedure sites, performing wound care, managing Foley Catheters, and administering blood transfusions, among other critical tasks. Responsibilities- Maintenance of post-op surgical procedure sites
- Wound care including packing, dressing changes, and wound vac maintenance
- Foley Catheter care and continuous bladder irrigation
- Ostomy appliance management
- Nasogastric tube insertion and suction
- TPN administration
- Blood administration and central line care
- Participate in bedside shift report
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Strong time management skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork experience; background in post-op surgical areas preferred
