Job Overview
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel RN Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse for a 13‑week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The role supports mothers during labor and delivery, monitors mother and baby, coaches families, and assists physicians.
Responsibilities- Monitor labor progress and infant distress.
- Assist in childbirth procedures.
- Coach patients and families in labor practices.
- Support breastfeeding post‑birth.
- Collaborate with physicians and midwives.
- Rate based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- $600 travel bonus.
- Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
- Paid time off—accrues from day 1, usable during the contract or cashed out at the end.
- Guaranteed hourly stipend if the facility cancels.
- Hourly bonus for overtime beyond contracted hours.
