We provide in-home night care, classes, and consultations for families in the Nashville area, as well as virtual and video support across the United States.

Responsibilities- Provide infant care, including giving baths, assisting with feedings, changing diapers, and changing clothes
- Support mothers postpartum, including nutritional and emotional support
- Assess mother and baby as appropriate and document care
- Educate parents on infant care and self-care practices
- Ensure a safe and compassionate environment
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in any of the following areas: NICU, mother-baby, postpartum care, or pediatrics
- Familiarity with mother/baby care protocol including sleep strategies
- Proficient in conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education
- Current BLS/CPR certification (adult and infant)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- 1:1 patient to nurse ratio, intimate in-home care
