Client in TN seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for a home health assignment. Days shift.
The role requires the delivery of high‑quality patient care in a home health setting. The contract/travel assignment is typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional patient care by performing nursing assessments, administering medications, managing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
QualificationsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Tennessee. Minimum of 1 year of home health or clinical experience preferred. Must be able to work independently and adhere to client policies.
