DescriptionMission of the Role:To be the clinical guardian of INFYOOZ, ensuring the highest standards of safety, protocol adherence, and team excellence. You will bridge medical oversight with daily operations, leading by example to deliver our signature luxurious and calming experience.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:Serve as the day‑to‑day contact in administering IV's in strict adherence to Medical Director's protocols.
Training & Development:Onboard, train, and conduct competency assessments for all clinical staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Quality & Safety:Oversee clinical inventory (vials, supplies), manage expiration logs, and lead monthly safety/quality audits. Serve as first point of contact for clinical incident management and reporting.
Direct Client Care:Administer IV therapies with exemplary technique, providing a serene, educational, and safe experience for clients.
Protocol Refinement:Collaborate with the Medical Director to refine and improve clinical workflows and standing orders.
Required Health Clearances & Immunizations
- TB Screening:
Documentation of a current two‑step Tuberculosis (PPD) skin test or QuantiFERON Gold blood test - Hepatitis B:
Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination series, or signed declination form - MMR:
Documentation of immunity to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (vaccination records or positive titer) - Varicella:
Documentation of immunity to Varicella (vaccination records or positive titer) - Tdap:
Proof of current Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis vaccination - Annual Influenza Vaccine:
Documentation of current seasonal flu vaccination, or signed declination form - Must provide urine drug screening
IV Therapy Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of acute care, infusion, or hydration therapy experience
- High‑volume IV insertion experience with success rate in establishing reliable peripheral access
- Experience with standard peripheral IVs, saline locks, and IV pump management
- Demonstrated extensive experience with IV cannulation across diverse patient populations, including patients with difficult venous access (small/fragile veins, dehydration).
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license. BLS and AED certification.
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience, preferably with 2+ years in a leadership, charge nurse, or preceptor role.
- Extensive, expert‑level proficiency in venipuncture and IV therapy.
- Experience in an ambulatory/outpatient practice, ER, ICU, or infusion center highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create psychological safety and mentor a team.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
