** We care for pediatric patients ranging in age from newborns to young adults. We treat a wide range of pediatric problems, including complex fractures; sports injuries; deformities of the spine, bones, hips or feet; scoliosis; and infections of the musculoskeletal system. The nationally ranked Urology team at Monroe Carell has years of specialized training in understanding and meeting the unique needs of children with urinary tract and reproductive organ problems.

Our care ranges from simple in-office procedures to the most complex reconstructive surgery.
** Pediatric ENT & General Surgery Clinics
** We care for pediatric patients ranging in age from newborns to young adults. Our otolaryngology team members know how to examine, diagnose and treat children for all pediatric ENT conditions, including those requiring head or neck surgery. Our experts in pediatric surgery treat conditions from common to rare, including appendicitis, hernias, tumors and birth defects. We work closely with a team of pediatricians, family physicians, pediatric anesthesiologists and other specialists, and pediatric home care providers.

• Develop work goals for the unit/area consistent with institutional and departmental goals and policy  
• Plan to achieve goals or establish priorities  
• Initiate changes or develop new policies, procedures and/or methods  
• Help unit to understand, share, and support the vision  
• Ensure the most effective operation of the unit/area through program development, process improvement and coordination of processes across functions  
• Monitor and coordinate programs and actions  
• Supervise a unit/area with responsibility for planning, coordinating and controlling the work and procedures  
• Coordinate the activities of one or more functions to effect unity of operation  
• Adjust work schedules or project priorities to meet emergencies or changing condition.  
• Provide information to others (oral or written) to explain/clarify problems or issues or requests; meet with other professional/technical personnel to determine causes of a specific problem.
