Role
Provides nursing care within the Post Cardiac Surgery department, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts, and assessing discharge needs.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary coordinator for patient care, follow physician and nursing orders, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
Qualifications- Requires a nursing diploma or current licensure.
- BLS certification within 30 days.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months.
- Must hold an RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multistate license.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Adherence to safety and care standards.
- Role offers part-time hours on day shifts and weekends.
