Role
ICU Float Pool Nurse in Nashville, TN, working PRN during nights.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Assess patient needs with healthcare team members
- Current RN licensure (Tennessee or multi-state Compact)
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- ICU experience preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and coordination abilities essential for delivering quality patient care.
