Job Opportunity

Facility is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner to join team - Outpatient clinic, hospital, or community health setting. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.

Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing

Treatment and Management:
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed

Preventative Care:
Provide education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness

Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care

Patient

Education:

Counsel patients and families on healthcare options, treatment plans, and follow-up care

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines

Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency

Community Engagement:
Contribute to community health initiatives and patient outreach programs when necessary

Licensure: TN State License and Certification as an FNP

Experience:

Minimum 2 of years of experience as an FNP required.

Certifications:
