Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Goodlettsville, TN. The LPN will provide direct clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring resident status while accurately documenting in the EHR. You'll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians on care plans, support residents and families through education and communication, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
