Registered Nurse – OB​/GYN

High-Risk Obstetric Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care to women during high-risk obstetric procedures and deliveries in a fast-paced hospital environment. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health to identify any complications.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on prenatal and postpartum care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and best practices for obstetric care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years of obstetric experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-risk pregnancy management and obstetric protocols.
• Ability to assess complex clinical situations rapidly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in obstetrics or maternal-fetal medicine.
