Role:
Pediatric APP (NP) specializing in neonatal care within a Level IV NICU.
Responsibilities:Provide advanced neonatal patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in education and quality improvement initiatives, and support complex neonatal treatments including ECMO. Offer coverage through flexible shifts, including 12- or 24-hour options, with opportunities for additional shifts.
Qualifications & Skills:Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license, with experience or interest in neonatal intensive care. Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical skills in a high-acuity environment are essential.
Key Duties:Manage complex neonatal cases, work with a specialized NICU team, contribute to evidence-based practices, and engage in ongoing education and professional development. Offer leadership in neonatal care and support research initiatives.
